Router Fence Review
Rockler ProMax Router Fence
Review and Unboxing of my new Rockler ProMax Router Fence
REVIEWS
I'm in the process of designing a new workbench with a built in router table. I like to have the components before I start the build process to make sure measurements are exact. In this case I wanted to make sure the spacing of the T Tracks will work with the fence.
I did debate buy vs. build. There are a few reasons I bought:
Price! Once again, I didn't pay full price. This fence was on sale at Rockler for $199.
Accuracy The precision accuracy of the fence is just not something I can match.
Features There are some pretty cool features on this fence.
Other than the fact that this fence is rock solid, here us what I like about it.
Hex driver storage - no digging around drawers looking for the driver
Adjustment knobs are above the fence - no rubbing knuckles raw adjusting from behind the fence
Micro-adjustments - ability to adjust the fence up to 1/2" without having to move the fence
Outfeed fence can be adjusted to work as a jointer fence using the metal rods
Size - I love the 2 and a half feet of fence!

Multiple track options with 2 T Track attachment heights and bolts to attach to a Rockler router table
2.5" Quick Connect Dust Right attaches easily to the dust port (bought separately)
I'd say that this seems like a good purchase for the price (I did get it on sale). The Dust Right Quick Connect was also a clutch purchase. Check out the video review...
